Half pint shared with Geir at GBBF 08. Nice, shining dark body with a rusty tint. A patch or two on the surface. Sweet, chocolate malts in aroma. Flavoured with chocolate and offset by a few notes of tartness. Alright (06.08.2008)

Cask at GBBF 08. Hazy pale gold. Thin white head. That’s weird. A bit sherberty. Malts are a bit mixed. Not my favourite. Building lemon hop on finish. Bit of lemon curd flavour on the swallow.

Thanks to Rogueone for sharing a bottle. This brew is a hazy golden-yellow color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that diminishes slowly. Aroma of herbal hops, Fruity Pebbles and malt. Medium body with flavors of sweet malt, hops and zesty citrus fruit, but an off adhesive bandage flavor that pretty much ruins the whole thing. The finish is malty and sweet with a strong Band-Aid aftertaste. I can only assume something happened to this bottle.
