Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

(Previously known as Loka Polly and Black Brook)

440ml can. Pours almost black with a small tan head. Aroma of coffee, milk chocolate, roast malts. Taste of light sweet milky chocolate, bitter coffee and roast malts, dry roasted finish. Medium body, very smooth, soft carbonation. Well balanced, enjoyed this one much more than the three pale ales I've had so far from Loka Polly.

440ml can. Hazy golden orange with a big white head. Fruity aroma, pine, herbal. Taste of juicy fruits, citrus, pine, herbal, moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Much better than the previous two Loka Polly beers I've had, not destroying my palate with bitterness and is more balanced.

440ml can. Hazy orange with a big off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruit salad, malts. Taste of tropical fruits, pine, herbal, malts, quite bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. As with their NESIPA the bitterness seems really strong for the strength, feels a bit out of balance, but fairly good otherwise.

440ml can. Hazy golden orange with a big white head. Tropical fruit sweets on the nose, mango, passionfruit, peel. Taste of tropical fruits, mango, orange peel, zest, herbal, pine, pithy, stone fruit pits, underripe fruits, very bitter, probably the most bitter tasting NEIPA I've ever had actually. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation, nice and thick for just 4.3%. Very mixed feelings on this one.
