On tap at Bottlecraft - Little Italy, pours a clear copper yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of black pepper, plenty of funk and a little leather — not passable as an authentic gueuze though. Flavour is much the same, with dry leather, black pepper, some funk, and a hint of tart citrus. Complex and well-blended. Again, not lambic-like but it does strike some notes in common and it's an excellent blended wild ale.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour with some haze, no head. Aroma is very bretty, dry fruits, mild spices and some dry wood. Flavour is big brett, some spiciness, mild dry not-too-sweet fruitiness with some herbs as well. Nicely dry/tart palate. Aroma is top notch for the style.

Hazy, medium head. Earthy nose, port, leather, some woody notes, nice little rounded raisiny port note, soft acidity, pale malt base, this comes together really well.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. 2021 version. Unclear golden to amber, small off-white head. Funky yeasty aroma at first, some glue, ripe apricot, vanilla, tangerine, toasted bread. Medium body, oily texture. Lightly astringent. Quite sweet, honey and ripe apricot. Bitter orange juice. Bready, funky, barnyard flavour. Moderate bitterness. Some harsh spicy notes in the finish, refreshing. Good balance.
