From tap at Fresh Fest. Big coconut aroma with roasted malt, milk chocolate, more coconut and liquid Bounty. Sweetish with a roasty bitterness. Body is above medium. Lovely coconut and chocolate.

Buying this beer at the Frastanzer brewery, in august 2024. Sharing it with my wife, tonight, at home, aftee a busy day. A classical pils, light and pleasant at the palate, smooth, malty, classical bitterness, a bit watery, bready. 06.01.25

Bottle from Beerdome. Aroma is fruity hops with tropical fruits, citrus, some pine, grapefruit, orange, soft herbal Mosaic and floral suggestions. Flavour is mild sweetish with a medium bitter finish. Body is medium. Luscious and complete, really good IIPA.

Bottle from Pub-up-beershop, Wolvega. Aroma is sweet brown malt with caramel, touch of toffee, milk chocolate, and soft roast. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body. Not salty, simply a good Porter.

Dieses Bier erstrahlt in opaltrübem Orangegold. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone fällt relativ rasch auf einige Millimeter zusammen, hinterlässt aber einen schönen Vorhang im Glas. In der Nase versammeln sich schöne Noten von Zitrusfrüchten (Orange, Grapefruit, Pomelo), aber auch Rharbarber und einem Hauch Rauch. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, schön spritzig, leicht säuerlich-fruchtig bis fruchtig-herb und zart rauchig. Im Mund zeigt sich ein leichter Körper mit weicher und feiner Rezenz, seidiger Textur und schöner Trockenheit. Auf Gaumen und Zunge dominiert eine leicht säuerliche Herbe mit fruchtiger Rhabarbernote, zart trockener Rauchnuance und leicht trockener, heuig wirkender Hopfenaromatik. Das Zusammenspiel dieser Aromen ist unglaublich raffiniert und hervorragend komponiert - alles an der richtigen Stelle und von nichts zu viel oder zu wenig. Für läppische 3,6 % Alkohol bringt dieses Bier eine sehr schöne, vielfältige und ausgewogene Aromatik mit und wirkt dabei sehr erfrischend und unglaublich gut trinkbar. Im Nachtrunk hält die weinähnliche Säure gemeinsam mit dem fruchtigen Charakter sehr gut an und wandelt sich erst nach längerer Zeit in eine leicht trockene und bittere Note.
Mein Fazit: Sehr aromatisch und erfrischend. Für meinen Geschmack der perfekte Begleiter zu Feigen mit Schafkäse im Speckmantel auf gemischter Blattsalatvariation.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with green grapes, white wine, wood and flowers. Fruity taste with notes of green grapes, white wine and oak wood. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Winey and pretty straight-forward. Nice one.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 17 Oct 2024) Dark brown colour, almost black, with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, coffee, chocolate and roasted grain. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, dark bread, roasted grain and a balanced coffee bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Solid and well made porter, with a generous coffee character. Very nice.

Tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden: Dark brown colored brew with an sweet bitter taste, there is an heavy coffee aroma and it have hints of coffee (again) and something like the milk some people use to drink coffee with it.
