Can bought at the brewery shop. Lightly hazy, big head. Spicy helles nose with a hint of hay, honey, and lightly fruity/citrusy hops. Dry inn the tongue, big backbone of fresh grain, citrus bite with very smooth hop character. Excellent almost Pils-like bitterness level, with Expert Helles body and flavor!

Can from the brewpub drunk watching Monarch. Clear gold, very pretty fine and stable head. Nose of pineapple and caramel, tropical papaya and dankness. Great smooth flavor with tingly bitterness at the end, pretty moderate for a DIPA. A little on the sweet side, very tasty.

330mil can via Beer52. Drank at Auntie Sue's on 20th February 2026. Poured into an old bulbous Berliner Kindl glass. Slight mistake in the light golden body, thin white head. Floral nose and initial taste, herbal hops arrived mid sip but it's all a bit boring in my eyes.

Can from the brewpub drunk at home watching the end of The Witcher S4 (Hemsworth is ok but OG Geralt was the best). Light orange amber, slightly hazy with moderate head. Nose of grapefruit, white wine, light almost brett-like note (though I don't think it is). Moderate body with big bitterness for its mouthfeel, lightly metallic and tingly on the tongue but still pleasant. Citrusy, and from the label - yep it's Nelson Sauvin for the white wine hints i noted earlier. Tasty.

Can drunk at home of an evening. Slight haze, light straw color, nice fine head. Nose is dank and fruity, very tropical with a tinge of malty sweetness. Flavor is complex for a session, esoteric white wine notes and citrus tastiness. Moderate body and bitterness matching the session moniker. Excellent!

Best before in 2025, purchased at the rampenverkauf Frastanz. Serving me this can yesterday before to sleep. Good and classical ipa, dry and mineral, dry malt, good bitterness, citrus, dry hop, medium body, refreshing even to have more than 7%.

Can that Jonas & Ursula brought, cheers you two! Had this Friday 13th February moving into Saturday 14th February at the Manglham 2nd Winter Tasting listening to Snapped Ankles - Come Play the Trees. Jonas cooked Pasta Carbonara, it was fab'. Pours hazy gold with a large white sticky head. Nice bitterness, fresh and with a buzzy edge, fresh, green and zippy., bitterness at the edges, hippy, I like this. Score 7.3

0.33l can, Mangled Ham 2026, huge thanks Jonas! Hazy golden body, white head. Orange jelly aroma, sweetish, some spruce touches. Lean, but sweetish taste, heaps of spruce on orange jelly again, bitterish herbal finish, lasts towards the aftertaste. Good one!
