Half pint cask pour at dba Brooklyn. This was on at the tail end of their cask fest. Pour is mostly clear copper golden with a minimal off white head. Aroma is mineral earthiness along with fresh grass hops. There is a pleasant mild biscuit malt behind the hop. Taste is the dry mineral grass straw hops integrated nicely with the biscuit malt, overall really gentle flavor. Palate is medium soft bodied, fine prickly cask carbonation, finishing with the dry great earth mineral. Nice.
