375ml waxed bottle from the brewery. nose is funky bretty yeast, blueberry, dark chocolate, citrus. also wine and raisins. Pitch black, with a low, bubbly, reddish-tinted tan head. Super funky and bretty flavor, barnyard hay, cognac notes, more wine, blueberries, bitter chocolate. Very dry, with just a touch of fruity sweetness intimated. bit of lactic acid sour creaminess too. finish is fruity, slightly vegetal, slightly unripe blueberries and grapes, kumquat. A lovely, dry aperitif. Maybe a touch too dry--I don't know. Love it though.

Can. Deep golden orange. Nose is slightly old school. Malty, citrus, light caramel, touch of chili pepper. Flavor similar. The chipotle is way in the background, thank goodness. Malty, decent hops, bit of capsicum. Decent.

Can from the brewery, mail order. Pours a cloudy gold with lace. Nose is fresh ginger, lemon, quite peppery and sharp. Flavor is dry, spicy ginger. Lemon. Thin, somewhat watery body. Tangy, spicy finish.

Orange with a white head. Citrus, tea and earth. Medium bodied. Finish is mildly bitter. Good but not great.

Dark and murky. Roasted, sweet, chocolate, a bit of fruit. Medium bodied. Lingering finish. Good stuff.

Black with a foamy tan head. Full bodied. Light roasted notes, chocolate, caramel malts, toasted malt. Really nice.

Yorocco Marzen Lager 5% Nice looking orange brew with a caramel bun aroma. Light bodied and dry with caramel from the malts but also a bready crisp flavor.
