Tap at Komachi. Hazy deep golden color. Spicy yeast aroma with citrus hops. Flavor is honey malts, spicy Belgian yeast, citrus hop. Quite rich and somewhat heavy for a singel, but well put together.

Nice ginger. Initally is fuller on. Feels like the ginger and the saison both overwhelm each other somehow. But I still quite like it

It is a nice looking reddish Amber brown with a similar creamy beige head of long lasting foam as the Roots Rock. Nice sweet smoky aroma, milder than schlenkerla but nice. Medium bodied and silky smooth. The taste is saison spice to start, sweet brown malts then a Smokey finish. Really nice, well balanced stuff. The label has me thinking this is a new Yorocco series.

Yorocco Roots Rock Ginger Amber Saison 5% This pours a matte Amber brown with a thick beige head of foam and herbal sweet ginger aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. It’s got lots of ginger but the saison spice and Amber sweet jays balance it out perfectly. This is probable one of the best beers I’ve had made using ginger.

Yorocco Mokusa Smoked Dark Lager 5% Reddish mahogany brown with dense beige foam. Lovely smoke rauchbier type aroma. Medium bodied and very smooth. The taste starts with smooth smoke then you get dark bitter tobacco leaf and sweet malts.

dark brown color. Nice chocolate malt and touch of citrus notes. Medium bitterness, but lacks depth. Nose is nice but falls off after that

dull hazy white golden color. Big guava na tropical fruit notes in the nose but very dry. Light body, medium bitterness, tons of tropical fruit, refreshing. Very summery.

light amber color. Dry tart ume nose but not a lot of saison character. Slightly funky yeasty nose

Tap at Bungalow. Bright medium gold, clear. Piny nose, citrus, grapefruit, seems like Chinook maybe, honey malt. Estery flavor, orange, grapefruit, pine, old school, or English. Medium bitterness in the finish. did not wow me, but tasty and super drinkable.
