Can from Liquors Kalahana shared at 2024 Tour of Japan Beer Share. Pours a clearish straw gold with nice mineral aromas. Palate shows some bread and honey sweetness with more mineral notes. Finishes dry. Excellent stuff from Yorocco!

Slightly cloudy medium brown color. Oh my this is like iodine with strawberries in turpentine. Total drain pour. Sorry this beer didn’t work for me

nice Belgium yeast, hop, bready, nice bitterness. Good depth.

Yorocco Swallow’s Humming Golden Ale 5.5% Matte gold with white foam and grainy sweet malts and mild apricot aroma. Medium bodied and very crisp. The taste is light malts, apricot and a herbal hop bite. A clean somewhat British style golden ale.

Nice stuff. Not so hoppy which I think is good as recently these Italian pils have been way too hoppy.

Bit earthy. Quite nice but the twigginess gets in the way a little bit. Second time I liked it a bit more to be honest.

Nice stuff! Touch of smoke but very subtle, blueberries, can feel the booze a bit but it’s a nice drop. Slightly underwhelming though. Maybe fruit and quad don’t go together. In fact, actually I don’t get much quad here.
