22/6/2025. Bottle at Trappistventotto, Giovinazzo. Pours clear pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is light sea salt, herbal, coriander, citrus, orange. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a slight tart, peppery and salty edge. Moderate body, a little watery, average carbonation. Interesting concept “con acqua marina” and a cute paper wrapped bottle. Beer was okay but a little weak.

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt grassy Saaz hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, very nice. Bottle at mondiale 2025.

Aroma is citrusy, hoppy, a little dank, ripe tropical fruits, mandarin, slight herbal and sweaty edge. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Finishes well. Liked it.
