Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!
Swine friendships,
The Big Three.

Bottle a month past expiration. Murky yellow with a foamy white head. Pineapple, pine and mineral water aroma. Taste is very bitter and resinous with a light pineapple tartness at the end. Medium body, balanced carbonation. A real hop bomb. Can’t imagine what this must have been like fresh.

Bottle shared, bought at BXL festival. Bit hazy golden with fluffy and bubbly white head. Massive cheesy hops, grapefruit, red berries, lime, soft onion, sweet malts, soft grassy guava. It smells like massive dank cheesy pineapple hops, but when drinking it’s more complex with totally different notes. Under medium sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied.

Pale light orange with a frothy white head that lingers for the duration. Aroma of orange rind with floral and honey undertones. Taste has a honey sweetness up front, followed by a mild citric bitterness. Medium body with a nice creamy feel. Decent.
