Tap @ Beer o clock, Lyon as Piggy Elle a pas de nom (Stout). Pitch black body under a medium sized beige head. Nice, strong aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and alcohol. Taste is sweet, roasted dark malt, dark chocolate, some coffee, vanilla, balanced bitterness and warming alcohol. Fine body with long lasting aftertaste. Nice sipper.

Amber with a fleeting, fizzy head. Aroma promises orange peel, oak, sparkling wine, apples. Pleasant sniffing. Taste is moderate tart, moderate bitter with a touch of spice at the end. Body to the light side of medium, prickly carbonation, warming to boozy at the finish. Good. Would be another level up if the booziness was better masked, or reduced.

Un gros stout porcin comme Piggy sait les faire. Ici cela reste dans le classique avec juste une touche de vanille en sus.
Couleur noire, col épais crémeux café au lait, finemnt huileux doré sur les rebords.
Arôme est axé sur les mats; chocolaté, grillé, pâte à tartiner chocolat, cacao épais, avec une fine note vanillée, fève tonka et un rétro-nasal fruité noir.
Palais est épais, profond au niveau des malts avec des notes de caramel, grillé, chocolaté noir et poudre de cacao. Le tout est appuyé par des notes de fruits noirs. Onctuosité et rondeur de l'avoine, un peu huileux en bouche avec une légère amertume des houblons. Boozy et alcool réchauffant.
