Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.

Poured from 330mL bottle (bb 12/2025). Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Very nice calvados barrel, it does hide the saison quality a bit, but quite nice nonetheless.

Je dois dire que j'ai trouvé cette bière plutôt pas mal, elle est bien dans le genre. Elle ne m'a pas éblouie, mais elle a fait le job. Les saveurs étaient correctes, sans être trop prononcées, mais elles étaient agréables. Elle manque peut-être un peu de complexité. Toutefois, pour une bière de ce style, je pense qu'elle fait le travail. Je pense que c'est une bière que je pourrais facilement boire de nouveau.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is sweet juicy malts. Flavor is sweet juicy malts with some alcohol, hops. Very good.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours very dark brown with a low head. Aroma is roasted malts with peated whisky. Flavor is roasted malts, peated whisky, hops. Tasty.

A small taste on tap @ TCBW 2023. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is dry malts with lime. Flavor is dry malts, lime, perhaps some sichuan pepper that's barely recognizable, and some hops. Decent.

Tap at TCBW. Opaque colour, small beige head. Sweet vanilla, cocoa in the nose. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Sweetish, candyish, cocoa flavour. Balanced.
