Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is mild white grapes, mild orange peel, a touch brett/piggyskin. Taste is a touch rhubarb, lychee, a touch hay, extremely complex, but delicate. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Almost a masterpiece.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is a bit yoghurt, white peach, minerals, banana, a little bit cheap tbh. Taste is white grapes, stonefruit, firestone, riesling, minerals, best of Riesling finish. Soft carbonation. Great Riesling character on the palate, but the aroma is a touch kettle-soury.

0.33 l can from 'Bierothek', best before August 2022. Very hazy, pale amber with a large, dense, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity aroma of grapefruit, lemon and some hay. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity and a little soapy taste of lemon, grapefruit, bergamot and a touch of hay, followed by a short, gently tart, citric, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Highly refreshing, would make for a great summer thirst-quencher.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is white wine, but a bit juicy, orange peel, citric, light funk. Taste is white grapes, lactic, woody, leather. Mineraly-ish mouthfeel with fizzy-ish carbonation. Good, as expected!

2020 Bottle. Pale golden, low head, pearling carbonation - looks mostly like a cider. Vineous entry, grapes, orangepeel, light funk. Medium light body, sparkles, dry, bordering tannic. Apple/Speierling notes, dry yeast and wood edges in the finish.

Malzaromatischer, trocken hefiger Beginn. Kräuternoten, deutlich bitter im Mittelteil, milde Süße. Die Malzigkeit bleibt prägend, weich würzig, kantig aber ausgewogen. Langer, trocken malziger und bitterer Abgang, die Hefe gibt typische Farmhouse Noten. Gut. 11/12/11/12/12/12

0,75l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. Bottled 20.07.2021. redish lightly hazy color, small white head. smells of raspberries, light sirup, light vanilla, nice smell, dont get much wine in the nose. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of tannins, oak, some raspberries, bit medical, wood, some minerals and peppery notes from the wine. finishes lightly dry with notes of grapes, tannins and light raspberry notes. doesnt work so well for me, the wine makes it rather heavy on the taste, raspberries fall short, also a bit too bubbly. could be interesting to see how this ages. overall more wine then beer for me. gets better with some air, but for me too heavy.
