Bottle at home, from Biervana, 26th October 18. Pours a nice light orange beer with a big fluffy head. Aroma is sublime, rose Turkish delight, lemon, citrus, yeast, brett, funk . Taste is citrus, brett, light rose, citrus, complex, love it.

Danke an rhoihessegold. Süffiger, hopfig-brettiger Beginn. Runde Herbe, süffig-würzig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt konstant. Intensiv, frisch, moderat hefig. Spritzig, langer würziger Abgang. Gut! 10/11/12/11/13/12

Bottle at home from Biervana, Munich, 20th October 18. Pours a light lemon colour, big growing head, frothy, the beer is cloudy. Aroma is lemon Turkish delight, sherbert. Taste is lovely and bretty, lemon, sherbert, tart, slight bitter, smooth and integrated, very well crafted, with a lingering Brett and bitter sweet finish. My first from this brewery and not my last for sure, as I have 3 others in the fridge already...

Road soda! Bit hazy pale yellow with big white head. Lots of passion fruit, tart wheat, soft herbal, CO2, green leaves, light yeast, earthy minerals. Medium sour, quite light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation.

330 ml bottle at Naiv, Mainz. Light hazy pale yellow color with white head. Yeasty and hoppy aroma, dusty, funky bretty, passion fruit notes too, grassy, floral, light citrus. Bitter, light salty and dry acidic taste. Light thin body with average carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', bottled in May 2018. Slow gusher! A bit hazy, golden amber with a medium large, quite dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, fairly funky, a bit sourish and gently fruity aroma of apple, lemon peel, gooseberry, horse blanket and some leather. Minimally sweet, a little sour, fairly dry, rather funky and gently fruity taste of hay, gooseberry, lemon peel, horse blanket, some leather and a touch of clove, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, very dry, peppery-spicy, slightly grassy and fairly funky finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. A fairly good example of a rustic Saison with a high amount of funkiness. Can this be aged in white wine barrels, please?

0,33l bottle at Vienna gathering shared by SinH4, big thanks. dark yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, flowery, bit rubbery. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, spices, herbal, light molasses, bit yeasty, peppery. finishes dry and light bitter with notes of spices, earth and leathery notes. quite nice one.
