Description

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold. Many thanks for this bottle. Tasted on the 19/09/2018 at «Mimosas». In short: Intense passion fruit all the way. Medium sour finish. juicy, fresh and round. Next one please!

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold, many thanks! Tasted on the 18/09/2018 at «Mimosas». In short: Interesting hybrid beer with lot of fruits and a medium sour and dry finish. Champagne style beer. Sorprendente y agradable. Next one please!!

0.33 l bottle from 'bier.', bottled in June 2018. Hazy, amber with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, gently yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity aroma of rye, orange peel, some dried apricot and hints of lemon. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, minimally sourish, gently yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of rye, dried apricot, orange jam and a touch of spruce, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally tart, gently yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, very smooth and creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really well-made beer with a superb mouthfeel and a nice twist due to the Kveik yeast. Not overly exciting taste-wise, but fairly easy to drink and just perfectly executed.

Sweetish, fairly fruity, slightly grassy aroma of pineapple, mango and tangerine. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity and a bit grassy taste of tangerine, mango and orange peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little tart, slightly grassy and a bit resiny finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Highly drinkable and superbly balanced Pale Ale with a nice twist due the Kveik yeast. Not very deep, of course, but very sessionable.

0.33 l bottle from 'bier.', bottled in July 2018. Hazy, pale golden with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity and a bit floral aroma of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes and hints of rhubarb. Just slightly sour, fairly dry, gently fruity and a bit floral taste of lemon, rhubarb, gooseberry and some white grapes, followed by a short, moderately tart, very dry finish. Thin to medium body minimally astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing and well-balanced but a bit anaemic and monotonous, still a pleasant beer, especially considering the abv.
