Description

Little cloudy bright yellow to blond beer, creamy irregular white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: oh boy, this is lovely! So much passion fruit, sourish, little funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty acidic start, lots of passion fruit, lovely stuff, very refreshing, citrus. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, super fruity, lots of passion fruits, lovely stuff!

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Sourish malty roasted nose, hints of rotten banana The beer starts the same - funk is there with the typical muddy cellar aroma of the Brett with rotten fruits. The roasted malts is there, but the old bananas and pears, between over-ripe and already rotting, are dominating the picture. Very strange. Dry roasted malts in the back with this rotting aroma below. Interesting but bad combination. Well made brew, nevertheless, but nice try only.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Fresh malty grainy beginning. Deep intense rye there, bread like parts with funky endings. Interesting combination, easy to drink with still a bit depth. Smooth grainy rye ending with lots of interesting yeast profile in the back, funk, cellar and grain. Interesting.

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Fantastic intense floral nose of fresh hay lying over strawberry fields after a summer rain. Absolutely complex! The beer itself starts not as complex as the nose predicts. More on the one-dimensional sourish side, the Brett is there, the floralness of pine and resin hidden below, muddy Brett sourness with floral hops there, more on the sour than on the IPA side. Interesting muddy cellar sour with floral hints.
