Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good! Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts dry-hoppy, bitter background. Notes of some fruits, lemon, grapefruit. Finish well balanced, less bitter, fine fruity. Interesting!

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, cloudy, huge head. Starts intense malty-wheaty. Notes of some cookies, modest dry. Finish wheaty-grainy. Well balanced. A bit boring.

33cl bottle pours a hazy yellow with some spitty, white head. Nose is crazy, straight passionfruit, lemon, orange, papaya. Flavor is also straight passionfruit with an intense minerality, like passionfruit tonic. Finishes tooth licking dry and minerally.

33cl pours a watery, dark brown with plenty of frothy, khaki head. Nose has odd herbs, witch hazel maybe, sumac, grist flour, stale bread. Flavor has dark cherry, black pepper, pumpernickel toast, some raisin, a little ancho. Tart but peppery finish.

33cl bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy, white head. Nose is odd, bubblegum, grains, some yeast, a little fruit cake. Flavor is grainy, bubblegum, some clove, chewy, honey, some woody notes. Finishes slick and lightly sweet.

2/8/2018. Bottle at Naïv, Frankfurt. Pours cloudy dull pale yellow gold with an average sized just off-white head. Aroma of passion fruit, sour fruits, citrus, grass and light herbal and spicy notes. Moderate sweetness, medium plus sourness, moderate saltiness. Moderate body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Many thanks to Roihessegold for this bottle! Fruity floral nose. The beer starts Fantastic fruity. Sourish with lots of passion-fruit there. Smooth and refreshing with a mild and fruity back. The sourness is mild and easy to drink, very refreshing with a full flavoured passion fruit finish. Great!

21-07-18 // taster at the brewery. Dryhopped Pale Ale with a Kveik yeast. Juicy hazy lemon coloured. Nose of fresh citrus soapy. Some herbal notes. Mild bodied, light yeasty. Dry citrus notes. Light to medium bitter. Very smooth.
