Clear golden with a tiny white short lasting head. Sweet aroma with artificial perries and glue. Flavour had artificial perries, glue and hints of youghurt. Noooo good.

750 ml bottle. Currently lists 5.9% abv. Smell is lightly alcoholic like cheap champagne, little fruit character, Pour bright yellow, a few bubbles. Taste does show some pear to it. Sweet, somewhat alcoholic. Nice for serving at holiday gatherings or as a gift, but it doesn’t have much complexity beyond fermented pear juice.

750 mL twistcap bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. I heard this sucks but for less than $5 a 750, what the hell, right? Pours a clear pale yellow with a thin fizzy soda-like head. Looks like white wine. Smells like white wine also with some faint pear and apple notes. Taste is concord grape, apple and pear. Thick, syrupy texture. Syrupy taste too now that it’s sinking in a bit. Fairly godawful.

Sent in photo to be uploaded. Should have figured that a $3 for a 750mL this would be bad. Pours the color of a clear, light chardonnay with bubbles and a white ring around the glass. aroma of plastic, card noard, corn syrup, over-rippened pear, sulfur and methane. Blah, this stuff tastes pretty bad. Cloyingly sweet, with sulfur. I guess I get what I payed for. Small bubbles but obviously force carbonated.

Green bottle with a screw cap: Horrible garbage disposal smell. Clear yellow, no carbonation. Rubber garbage flavor. Only slightly pear-like. Weird butter and sour cream finish. My luck with ciders and perries has been abyssmal lately.

750ml bottle from Bevmo, Valencia; Nose of fpears with some tartness and a fiant funky note; translucent yellow-gold withe some scattered bubbles, but carbonation tickles your tongue as the perry hits it; flavor is tart pears with only a hint of sweetness hidden mostly by the tartness; finish is dry and tart! A good perry and obviously underrated!

Nice clean aroma, with a very slight hint of pear skin. Didn’t get the cat piss. Very pale golden color with a white head that was decent. Fairly thin in body. Decent, moderate carbonation. Tiny bubbles. Very astringent. Definitely pear and pear skin. I’d say Bartlett, but ... Then there’s just a brief slightly sweet moment. Dry, pear finish.
