Sensory Session #106: clear, bright color and a small white head. Ginher, sweet red apples, caramelized apples. A little bit too sweet.

Bag shared at Cotteridge Convention 23/06/18. Many thanks! A pale greenish yellow coloured pour no head. Aroma is pear, sugar, white wine, wood, alcohol. Flavour is composed of watermellow, pear, wood, fruit, dull tangy. Palate is crisp and thin, tangy, lowish carbonation.

0,75 flaske med champagnekork delt på (alltid like) hyggelig RBHD-treff hos Odd Gunnar mars-18: blek strågul med kort skum. Pussig aroma av kunstige søtstoffer og umodne pærer. Barnebrus for voksne.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Gunnar´s 08.03.19. Very, very and pale clear yellow. Small, white head. First a quick shock of ammoniac in aroma, but this dissapears almost immediately. Then amoderate aroma of pears. Taste is of neutral perry with some bitterness.

Shared 750 ml clear bottle (caged & corked), from British Corner Shop. ABV is 5.5%. Very pale yellow colour. Bad aroma, desinfectant and only a hint of pears. The flavour is better, notes of pear and sugar. Not something I'll buy again though.
