Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, licorice - anis seed, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110427]

Bottle @ Chris O’s. Thanks guys. Pours cloudy amber red with a small creamy head and lacings. Grain, peach, grass and quite some bread. A bit of yeast. Medium bodied.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, earth and some mild nutty and honeyish notes. Also a mild alcoholic sweet sting. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Pleasantly balanced and nice.
