Cask (handpump) @ Nags Head, 5 Russell Street, Reading, Berkshire, England RG1 7XD.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, licorice - anis seed, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110427]

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready, wooden hops as well as some mild herbal notes. Flavour is wood, mild resiny notes as well as some mild caramel and crystal malty notes.

Bottle @ Chris O’s. Thanks guys. Pours cloudy amber red with a small creamy head and lacings. Grain, peach, grass and quite some bread. A bit of yeast. Medium bodied.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, earth and some mild nutty and honeyish notes. Also a mild alcoholic sweet sting. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Pleasantly balanced and nice.

Cask hand pull at GBBF. Deep amber color, clear, bright white head. Aroma of caramel and port wine. Taste is bitter butterscotch nice stuff.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Clear gold colour with lasting white head. Pretty looking beer. Lager yeast aroma. Ok in mouth. Drinks somehow like a biere de garde. I mean it really does. Yes a decent condition biere de garde
