Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Pale greenish straw with a thin white head; fresh dessert apple aroma; sweet dessert apple taste with a grainy, pear-like body; and a clean crisp finish. A simple, easy-drinking cider.

Cask at CBC Holborn - London. Pours clear, deep reddish brown with a foamy fawn cap. The nose holds ashy roast and milk chocolate. Light sweet flavorbwith continuing milky chocolate, earthy bitterness, some burnt leaves, mellow ash, dried berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance to finish, further cocoa, subtle earthy bitterness, burnt wood. Fine.

On tap at the west gate in bath. Deep almost black with a thick creamy head. Ark a has a touch of citrus hops and chocolate malts. Taste is a balanced bitter sweet.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 25 Apr 2015) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of grass, dried fruit, citrus and herbs. Malty, herbal taste with dried fruit, citrus, herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil) and a balanced grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Interesting and spicy/herbal. Quite nice.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clapham, London, 25 Apr 2015) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with dried fruit, apricots and slightly earthy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried fruit, apricots and leafy, slightly earthy, hops in a finish with a balanced bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well made bitter. Quite nice.

Malty, fruity taste with tropical fruit, tea, honey, citrus and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Maybe a bit sticky, but quite tasty. Quite nice.

Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, black rye bread and a balanced coffee bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made porter, with a nice coffee touch. Nice one.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Islington on 24th April 2015. Hazy copper with thin decaying off-white foam and spot lacing. Caramel malt aroma with pungent earthiness. Fruit and maltiness in liquid with some spice, before a fruity finish with black pepper and late bitterness. Light in body and mouthfeel.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Spring Festival at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Darkest mahogany in colour with a ring of white head; chocolate malt aroma; and a sweet chocolate malt taste with some chewy toffee in the background; then a dry finish with some lingering coffee grounds.
