Persimmon, brown bread. Clear golden, headless. Very tart persimmon, lemon, corn. Light body, soft carbonation, astringent. Weird and not terribly enjoyable.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Light grainy nose with some grain, hay faint lemon. Crackery malt, with light melon on the palate. Crisp with a soft mouthfeel. Getting some weird bubblegum notes though. Not bad, but a little drier would be better.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a mostly clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Strong Meyer lemon aromas with hay, grass and horseblanket notes. More lemon on the palate with horseblanket and grain. Crisp and clearn. Light bodied with a mostly dry finish. Nice tart saison.

Can a few week's old from Craft Brewed. Pours a murky, deep gold to copper with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Light tropical fruit notes with dough, yeast and tea-like aromas. Creamy on the palate with very low carbonation. More tea as it warms. A sweet, raw dough note permeates throughout. Sweet with almost no bitterness. Not a fan of this version.

4 oz pour on draft at Dominion Wine & Beer. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of wine, oak, lemon. Tastes of tart notes, wine, oak, lemon citrus. Light body with a dry finish.

$3.75 pint can, Beer Run. Pours slightly hazy golden with a giant head. Aroma is very floral: rose hips as well as dried flowers, orange and tangerine. Flavor is tangerine peel and juice, lemon zest, pine, floral hops. Very nice.

Draft pour at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a very light, kind of hazy cider yellow color without much of a head. Mostly wispy head atop. Aroma was kind of mild. Some light grape must. Flavor was mild, kind of thin. Grape wine immediately on the tip of the tongue, but it dissipated quickly.

Poured from can thanks Jow murky copper white head. Aroma is resinous hops citrus guava and pine. Taste is slightly sweet guava dank hops lingering pine finish. Tastes way better than it looks.
