Bottle, at Zythos 2018 as "Cidre spontané". Hazy pale yellowish color with no head. Aroma is vanilla, mealy apples. Taste is vanilla, mealy, funk. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Ok.

F: thin, pale tanned, not long lasting. C: dark, opaque. A: chocolate, roasted dark malts, cocoa, dark dried fruits, dried plums. T: roasted tones, chocolate, cocoa powder, bit coffee, bit herbal, medium body and carbonation, not bad but aroma is more promising than taste for me, sample from bottle shared with Germany and BE RB crew @ ZBF 2018.

Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Brune presque noire, col café au lait. Arôme est malté, grains café et note de torréfié, on est dans une approche plutôt anglaise avec un agréable chocolaté en rétro, nettement plus que sur la version Gold Stout avec Siphon. Petit rétro houblonné tirant sur un houblonné classique anglais noble, finement citronné. Palais est malté, tirant sur un effet anglais, Marris? avec côté breakfast stout, un peu riche en grains, café, grillé pointe chocolatée. Amertume plaisante en fin de bouche. Pas vraiment noté l'impact du lactose.

Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Dorée-orangée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez malté, pâle cara ambre léger, le tout sur un effet noble belge, fruité en rétro, peu de chocolat au nez. Palais est malté, cara pâle et pils, assez classique dans l'approche de cette collab belgo-belge, je retrouve ici plus de caractère du chocolat, fini sec un peu herbacé. Une nouvelle mode des white imp stout, repris récemment par BBP.

Hazy yellow with a lasting, frothy, white head; little lacing. Fresh aroma of grapefruit, pineapple, mango, fruity hops, grass, lemon. It tastes light fruity sweet and medium to heavy hoppy bitter, hint bready malt & dough. Very bitter, grapefruit-like, hoppy, slightly yeasty finish. Medium body, slick ('fluffy') texture, soft carbonation. Juicy indeed, good one.

Hazy dark brown to black with a lasting, frothy, beige head; little lacing. Intense aroma of cappuccino, coffee with milk, milk chocolate, light roasted malt, oats, roasted peanuts, brown bread. It tastes medium chocolatey & creamy sweet, a bit nutty, and light to medium roasted bitter, a bit herbal - all remaining subtle. Not too dry, bit (herbal) hoppy & malty finish. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation. Balanced and subtle, but well-made and enough taste to enjoy it.

Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme reste classique belge au niveau levure, fruité léger sur orange sanguine en rétro, le tout avec un côté grains qui revient plus sur le devant. Palais est fruité, agrumes, orange sanguine sans pour cela avoir le côté aigre du fruit, retrouve un fruité moyen des houblons, fin herbacé oscillant avec du noble en amérisant. Le côté belge reste plus marqué par la levure.

Clear golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of passionfruit, blood orange, carambola, lemon, honey, yeast, flowery hops. It tastes medium fruity sweet and light hoppy bitter with a light wheaty sour touch; a bit yeasty & bready in the back. Dry, slightly sour & hoppy finish. Medium body, slick/watery texture, soft carbonation. Okay.

Cloudy lemonade appearance. Aroma is quite funky, shitty. Flavour is sharp and has some fresh apple notes but the manure level is too high.
