AIH205. From KCM Rovaniemi. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is grainy, some tart fruity tones with mild earth and dusty elements. Flavour is herbal, dusty, some tart fruity tones with mild harsh bitter kind of elements to it. Not that pleasant. Bulky, and feels very cheap.

Can from a Spanish Aldi. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is more of the same. Decent bitter finish.

Can from a Spanish Aldi. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of herbal hops and dried fruit. Taste is light sweet and soapy, like the session ipa was.

Can from an Spanish Aldi. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light tropical fruit and pine. Taste is floral and a bit soapy at the back.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21B - session IPA 6% abv). Can 33 cl - Batch L25017 (BB: 04/27). AROMA: medium caramelized malt aroma with faint notes of dried grass, slight cereal husk. medium-low hop aroma with a pine and dried grass character. APPEARANCE: pale amber color with very small particles in suspension. medium ivory head with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium malt notes (caramelized, old) with low oxidized hop notes (dried grass) and cereal husk. medium-high bitterness with a dry and overly bitter finish. unbalanced. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a session IPA with the same amount of alcohol of a regular IPA and already past its freshness.

Can, 7.5%. Gusher. Violent gusher. Caramelly malt aroma with an unclean touch. Hazy dark golden colour. Big stable rocky whitish head. The flavour is malty with a hint of alcohol. Medium bitterness. Unclean vegetable finish. Disappointing.

330ml can via Beer52 (only 4.5% ABV). Poured into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass at home on 6th October 2025. Drank before we had a slow cooked 'Spanish Chicken' dish for our evening meal. Light brown/amber body, no head at all, not a good sign in my eyes. Malty, but all a bit bland and slightly coffee like, didn't take to it at all. Maybe the un watered down version is better, hope so anyway.

330ml can via beer52. Poured into a La Chouffe tulip glass at home on 4th October 2025. Dull, but clear golden body, short lived white head. All a bit bland and dry with a wet cardboard like feel. Not the best Lager to come out of Spain!

[33cl can from Beer52 at 4.5% ABV. ] A hazy chestnut brown pour with a fast fading white head; berry fruit aroma; berry fruit taste with a malty body; then a bready finish with more berries.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy straw coloured pour; floral aroma; crisp grainy body; and a light floral bitterness to finish. Better than average.
