We produce beautifully balanced beers. We blend the contemporary with the traditional to produce flavoursome craft beers. Check our webshop for the latest releases (UK wide) or swing by our great taproom for beers, food and more.

We produce beers across the spectrum. Our first and core beers will be unashamedly British, but we savour beers from across the world and relish the opportunity to offer our interpretations. Built on a foundation of quality and consistency our beautiful little brewery in Teesdale will be delivering beers across the North East… and beyond.

Tried at the York Beer Festival. Thanks Danlo. Deep golden colour with thick white head. Malty caramel and and citrus flavour with a touch of Belgian yeast. Fairly dry taste.

Cask at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Golden amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, mellow citrus, yeasty. Taste is malt, caramel, fruity, yeasty with melloe citrus and earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Floral dominant, little creamy malt. Mild twangy floral citrus. Light finish. Fine. Clean and drinkable.

ABV: 4.1%. Unclear - hazy medium yellow - orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, lime - grapefruit, zesty, floral, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, zesty, lime - grapefruit, wheat - yeast, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190808]

8/8/2019. Cask at the 2019 Great British Beer Festival. Pours hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast, sweet malt, hops, citrus and herb. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery texture, soft carbonation.

5/8/2019. Sample from can courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, grapefruit, very light ginger, chilli?, mildly yeasty and vaguely herbal. Medium sweetness with lightest better/tart. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Not undrinkable though not sure this would cut it in Leipzig.

440ml can from Angel's Cut, Darlington. Bright gold colour, white foamy head leaving some lacing and aroma of wheat, ginger spice & chilli. Taste is wheaty, grain, citric, with spiced ginger and some chilli. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, some ginger and alittle lingering chilli at the finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at ORB Darlington. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and floral lemony yeasty aroma. Taste is pale malt, fruity, apricot, yeast, citrus hop with some tangy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty bitter finish. Quite drinkable
