Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 10th May 2019. Clear orangey amber with shallow ring-and-film and no lacing. Orange peel and sweet malts in aroma. Jammy fruits and biscuit malts in-mouth, and a sweet, malty finish.

Cask at Reading BF. Hazy hold. Lots of coconut, a little lemon, s dab of vanilla. Easy drinking. Love the coconut. Enjoyed this.

1/5/2019. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours dark brown with a dark red tint and an average sized short lasting off-white head. Aroma of dark chocolate, cherry liqueur chocolates, black forest gateaux, hint of wood and vanilla. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Oily texture, slightly above average carbonation. Bitter cherry chocolate finish. Quite good.

27/4/2019. Can from Two Brews, Colchester. Pours clear dark gold with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, summer fruits, malt, caramel and light pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, hint of tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, slight metallic finish. Disappointing.

Cask at ORB Easter Belgium Beer Festival 2019. Red amber colour, pink foam head leaving lacing and earthy, spicy aroma.Taste is sweet, fruity and yeasty, with some beetroot notes, then earthy spicy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry yeasty finish. Nicely drinkable

Keg at Caps Off Bar, Bishop Auckland Food Festival. Slightly hazy orange golden colour, white foam head and fruity citrusy hop aroma. Taste is malt caramel with zesty citrus, orange, pine and hop resiny bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
