Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit an malt, with notes of yeast and hints of hops. Sweetish notes of malt and yeast, with round, fruity notes and bitter touches of hops. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Decent.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Purchased at CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours slightly hazy mid gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of camomile, yeast, hops, fruit and flowers. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Herbal flavour of camomile, with bitter, hoppy touches and hints of fruit and yeast. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with camomile notes. Well, more funny than bad.
