Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a small foamy tan head that faded and left minimal lacing. The aroma was vegetal, sweetish and had a bit of tropical fruit. The flavor was bitter and vegetal with toffee, tropical fruit and an astringent presence. Medium length finish. Medium body and a bit undercarbonated. Meh.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As O’Connor Norfolk Canyon Pale Ale ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, citrus. Sample at GABF 10/03/2014, thanks to my sis for assistance with note-taking.Hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of hops, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, hops and toasted malt. The finish is fruity up front with a grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, strong coffee, dusty coffee - malt. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, caramel, coffee, roasted, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140516]
