Tap. Hazy dark amber color with hardly any head. Aroma is extremely smoked, ham, caramel, smells like it's gonna have huge umami. Taste is huge smoke, prunes, berries, . Silky mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Very, very good!
