Merci à Martin et à Charles pour m’avoir permis de mettre la main sur cette bouteille. Un olfactif tout en fumé. Un fumé intense, de qualité et plaisant. Feu de bois , cendre, fumé de charcuterie. Le tout se répète en bouche mais avec de légères notes sucrées, de caramel. Même si ce n’est pas une bière très complexe et, surtout unidimensionnelle, l’expérience en valait la peine. Le monde de la bière est vaste et rempli de surprises.
