Description
We have evolved into one of the most innovative, creative Craft Breweries in the West. We may have expanded but are ethos remains the same....to bring fresh natural hand crafted beers to a wider market and promote local sustainable business. We remain truly independent whilst fighting the sanitising effect of big breweries, corporate investment and the institutionalising of craft beer.

We still brew small batches but our beer has evolved. Quality driven, award winning with no finings or additives. Brewed naturally, using traditional methods our unique recipes contain the finest ingredients sourced from around the World.

We continuously experiment with styles and recipes to produce a range of brews that evolve into beers that push the boundaries of convention and keep authentic Craft Beer alive.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, St Mary's Church. Pours a generally clear gold, a touch misty I suppose, small white head. Herbal nose, some citrus. Taste does present mild floral notes, some distant elderflower, essentially a herbal floral malty beer. Can't help feeling these experimental Incredible beers would be better colder, crisper via keg with a nice sparkle, and maybe even saison-like.

24th July 2019, Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival in St Mary's Church. Cask. Wispy head, golden/amber body. Not too sure what I expected, but this didn't stand out and had nothing special, aroma or flavour wise, certainly no nettle 'sting' or taste. It is actually not a bad beer though, light malty base with a mini floral/herbal undertone, just didn't deliver the nettle bit.

Cask @ Shrewsbury Real Ale Festival 2019, St Mary's Church. Pours clear amber, small white head. Herbal nose. Taste is malt-led, with some mild earthy herbal moments, perhaps a little more would be welcome, but it's fine overall.
