Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. Hazy very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and light honey. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 110323

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 19/11/2022. Deep golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Citrus hops, tangerine and red berry fruits, rich tea maltiness before a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 7/11/2022. Near black in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. A very easy drinking mild, with a touch of brown sugar and chocolate, before a gentle finish. Good.

Cask at GBBF '22 day 1, 02/08/22. Light black with a good sized khaki head. Nose is modest charr, roast malts, pine nip, toffee, cocoa powder. Taste comprises bitter roast, pine needle, dried red berries, light pinch of spice, brown bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Solid cask CDA.

Forholdvis pålitelige notater fra en travel dag på The Great British Beer Festival, London 02.08.22: lett uklar gylden, ok skum. Koriander og lime, slik som forventet. Noe furunål og urter. Litt flat men grei nok.

Cask at GBBF 2022 - Olympia. Pours rich brown with a foamy, tan head. Lightly sweet, earthy and woody, some pine, orange rind, ashy roast. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Lingering bitter finish. Nice overall.

From cask at GBBF with Holmen1 03.08.22. Cloudy dark straw colour. Some white head. Aroma and taste of lemon peel, lime peel, eucalyptus, sweet pale malt and lots of coriander.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft dey dark malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Ripe fruits and pine. Light dry finish. Okay dark IPA. Light dry finish.

Cask at gbbf 2022 day 1. A dark brown black coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is so sweet brownalts brown bread, tea leaves. Salt. Flavour is sweaty pine sticky pine, hop, nutty malts. Palate is semi sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. Good.
