Draught at the brewery, 2/15/19.
Pours a milk chocolate-to-dark-mahogany brown with a small, creamy, light tan head showing moderate-to-low retention.
The cinnamon is certainly there yet the lactose and coconut, while present, are very tastefully done. A bit of brownie batter sweetens things, but there is some dark fruit/vinous-like acidity to help balance and no alcohol or flaw are noted.
In the mouth it's soft, creamy, tightly carbonated and shows low roast and a wonderful coconut character that I enjoy despite almost never liking the way coconut is done in beers. Cinnamon and lactose are apparent but not overdone and the beer shows pretty good attenuation and a good depth of malt. No alcohol or flaw.

Draught at the brewery, 2/15/19.
Thoroughly hazy, though not really chicken soupy, bronze-copper-golden with a small, off-white head that recedes quickly to a ring.
Nose is a mix of lactose and malt sugar with lots of passion fruit sugar in the mix, as well. A bit low on hop acidity, which would help break up some of this sugar. Does provide orange, lime and mango-pineapple and the finish shows more lactose and bubble gum.
In the mouth it's soft, sweet, rather sugary and just doesn't seem to have enough attenuation to keep it balanced and vibrant. Creamy-milky-mushy and overly fruit juicy. Low, somewhat engaging carbonation. No alcohol or flaw, but ultimately much too sweet.

Draught at the brewery, 2/15/19.
Pink and straw with a small, pink-tinged head of foam atop and good clarity with plentiful tiny bubbles coursing upwards.
True to the series, it smells vibrant and full of authentic fruit but leaves strong wheat-like cereal and biscuit to mix with good amount of lactic character to provide a full beer-like backbone. No alcohol or flaw, seemingly quite well-attenuated with fruit well-integrated.
In the mouth it's light, bright and drinkable with a quenching acidity from both fruit and lactic acid. Soft, biscuity wheat forms a supple texture and the beer is well-attenuated, tightly carbonated and beautiful fruit notes linger.
