Draft at J’s. Pours a clearish gold with a full finger of foam that lingers. Tart lemon and green apple nose with some light yogurt. Tart, and yogurt on the palate with some light passion fruit notes. Refreshing. Really digging this one.

On tap at Bahnhof. Black with small off-white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hops, dark malt, and bourbon. If a Baltic Porter and a Black IPA had a baby this would be it.

Bottle from Adrian. Thanks man! Pours a clear straw gold with a quickly dissipating head. Light lemon and yogurt nose with some lime notes. Lowish carbonation. Ginger on the palate and citrus. Like a homemade gingerale without much cabonation. Lingering ginger bite but kinda muted. Kinda forgettable.

Tap at J’s. Pours a clear gold with a soapy white head that lingers. Muscat and pear drive nose. tart lemon, cracked wheat, more muscat skins and light clove. Light honey as it opens up. Good carbonation with a finish that leaves some lingering cracked pepper. Really well-done to style!

Tap at J’s. Pours a deep gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Big muscat-forward nose with some oak and pear as it warms. Tart on the palate, dry with active carbonation. Lingering tart pear and apricot on the finish. Super-well executed.

Tap at J’s. Pours an oily black with a small beige head that lingers for a bit. Roasted malt nose with deep, bitter cacao aromas. Dry and roasty on the palate. Body is a very porter-like. A touch thin, but good flavor. Finish is dry and roasty. Doesn’t really go anywhere, but alcohol is hidden well.
