Tap at La Tana, Brussels, this is 4.5% not 6.5% 18th April 2024. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is funky, floral, brett, rose. Taste is rose water, bretty, floral, funk, refreshing. Good !

Monday, 1st April 2024; Monthly gathering in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Five guys with beers to share and stories to tell. Cheers mat for the 37.7cl bottle of this; BB 31st December 2024. Misty pale yellow body, wispy white head. Lemon/citrus front back and sides, slightly sour/tart feel throughout.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Giallo paglierino, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di lieviti, scorza di limone, fiori bianchi, leggero vinoso. In bocca è acida, leggermente critica ma senza eccessi, mantiene una discreta beva. Corpo leggero, carbonazione brillante. Buona.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, April 24. Brought by me. Floral lemony aroma. Great crisp mixed ferm bite on initial sip, soft lemony floral shades emerging on the palate with a pleasant citrussy hoppy side. Very well presented!

Bottle @ home. Almost clear, slightly cloudy golden body with lively carbonation under a short living white head. Funky aroma with malt, citric fruit, grapes, hint of wood and grapefruit. Taste is mild malt, fruity, distinct wood, lemon, grapefruit, unripe white berries and tannin dry finish. Balanced body with dry finish. Very nice, but a bit intense wood flavors.

Fast gone, just off-white head over hazy orangey golden beer. Horseblanket, dandelion, pure lambic wafts, farmyard to earthy. Citrussy, lactic acid flavour, less lambic-y than the nose. Earthy again, floral, chamomille. Acidthinning, very light acidburn. Good carbonation, light impression. Amazing. Almost pure lambic from Padua, where is this world going to?
