Description
Founded in 2013, we are a microbrewery specialising in bottom-fermented beers, more commonly known as lagers.*
For many years, lagers in Britain have been dominated by global brands and industrial production methods. The focus has been on branding, not flavour. We are reinventing British lagers by returning to the traditional methods that originally made it the most popular beer style in the world. We will not compromise flavour and we will not be the official lager of the next major international sporting event.

Bottle thanks to minutemat. Appearance - Nose - tablet and light earthiness. Taste - more of the same. Roasted parsnips. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - odd but ok.

Keg @ Ludlow Spring Festival May 14. Pours a mildly hazy gold with comforting Hefe yeast aroma with banana and cloves. Taste unfortunately seems a bit lacklustre in comparison and slightly watered down, lacking body. Needs a bit of work.

Keg at SIBA Beer X. Clear amber. Thick, lasting, off white head. Very spicy. Ginger nut biscuit. Bittersweet taste. Spice on the palate. Very unusual, really.
