Keg at Draft House Tower Bridge, 08/02/18. Very lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is caramel, grains, fruit esters, light stoned fruit notes, citric drizzle. Taste comprises vanilla, light spice, caramel, stewed fruits, banana, yeast esters, fruit slice. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, light tickle of booze in the close. This was a nice surprise ... a really solid and well balanced tripel ... doesn't go runaway on the sweetness front as is often my problem with this style.

Bottle 330ml (BB 09.05.2018). Completely clear, pale colour. White, small and short head. No visible lacing. Aroma is nice fruity directly after opening beer but it disappeared very quickly. Low herbal bitterness, no body, lively carbonation, very light in feeling even watery reminds concern beers. Drinkable in hot day but nothing special.
