6 oz. draft at the brewery. Color is a lightly hazy pale yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, citrus, and yeasty. Taste is yeast forward; bubblegum, vanilla, and floral hints with some pale grain. Medium body with a dry finish. Very easy to drink.

6 oz draft at the source. Hazy pale yellow with fizzy carbonation. Great easy mild sour wheat base with just enough juice. Guava, citrus, and a yogurt hint. Mildly tart and mildly acidic. The balance is really done well on this one. Overall, very easy to drink and paired nicely with my bacon fig burger.

6 oz draft at the brewery. Hazy pink color with plenty of carbonation. Aroma is subtle lime peel, mild Berry, and sour grains. The flavor is very mild and approachable, tart berries and lime zest, low acid. Carbonation is higher and gives a tingle over the palate. Nice.

Pours hazy light gold into a shaker. Banana and bubblegum aromas. Sharp with bubblegum and hot bananas flambe. Warming bitter earthy hop finish.

Pours hazed gold into a shaker. Large head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Pineapple, mango and guava aromas. Tart with pineapple and pear upfront turning to distinct guava before the tart, lasting lacto to marshmallow finish. Nice.

From notes...taster at source 4oz pour hazy gold with an off white head. Aroma is strong pine with some lingering citrus. Taste is huge spruce with some grapefruit pith.

From notes...taster at the source pours burnt orange with a white head. Aroma is caramel malt dark fruit with light floral notes. Taste follows aroma with a mildly bitter finish.
