Draught at Tip Tap Room, 9/13/16.
Moderately hazy, flaxen-golden body is topped by a substantial, moderately well-retained, white head.
Lactic acid mixes with a plentiful amount of fruitiness in the nose, giving lots of guava-pineapple suggestions with light black pepper and cream-of-wheat character behind it. Even a touch of honey-vanilla-like maltiness and lightly lingering citrus. No alcohol or flaw.
The texture really shines here, with tons of maltiness and rich, chewy wheat, yet it’s well-attenuated and only moderately lactic. For a kettle sour, this is pretty darn nice, I thought. Ample, engaging carbonation and lingering tropical fruits mixing with malty sweetness, but yet a crisp, lightly acidic wheat and lactic character balances it perfectly, keeping the beer very refreshing. No alcohol or flaw. Really hope to try the passion fruit version.

Draught at Row 34, 9/11/16.
Minimally hazy, bright, blonde-golden body is topped by a medium-sized, white head with moderate retention.
Smells rather dry, herbal, grainy/cerealic in the nose with plentiful mineral/earth-like qualities that I assume are from the yeast, but perhaps could be hop-derived. Regardless, it’s certainly quite unique, despite not completely blowing me away (a bit too much odd earthiness and grainy-chalky notes). No alcohol or flaw. Light citrus and herbs persist on the end....
In the mouth it’s again rather earthy and heavily mineral-laden. Dried herbs, moderate grassiness and a high attenuation highlight a light body with a grainy-to-watery texture. There’s a bit of honey and corn-like cereal character, adding light sweetness to it, with hints of lemony-herbal bitterness easily balancing. Grainy hay and and chalk-like notes on the finish, with lingering grassiness and low bitterness. Definitely unique...

Pours pink-tinged straw into a bowl. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sour citrus and (I imagine) Dragon Fruit aromas. Tart with citrus and tropical fruit front to back. Dry lasing berliner finish. Nice.

Sample at the source. Hazy light golden with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Rich citrus and light stone fruit with a decent bready maltiness and just a touch of cereal grain. creamy full mouthfeel. Interesting beer, really tasty too.

Sample at the source. Hazy deep straw color with a minimal head. Huge tart lemon and starchy malt with plenty of stone fruit sweetness to counter the big lemon. Pretty tasty beer.

Whym, Portsmouth tap: pours hazy orange with a white head. Atomanis tropical frui and some pine. Nice tropical fruit flavors. Bitter but not intense about it. Body is very nice... Little soft and kind of smooth. Quite nice. I liked it but not as much as everyone else.

Bottle from Bert’s Slightly hazy lemony golden with a huge frothy white head that takes forever to recede. Huge juicy fruity aromas as soon as I get it into the glass. Peach pineapple light citrus and a little earth with some sweet bready malt behind it. Flavor follows the aroma very well lots of fruit with just a hint of earth an resin to round it out. I’m loving this brewery, great stuff!
