Cask (gravity dispense), White Cliffs Beer Festival, February 2005. Typical taste of Sharp’s if you have had Doom Bar or Cornish Coaster, but this obviously had more of an alcoholic kick. Very good strong bitter

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet flowery, while the flavor is sweet malty, as well as slightly fruity with a dry flowery end. The body is thin.

Amber color. Simple aroma with some malt and honey, but a more interesting flavor, with some good malt and a better aromatic hopping, that leads to a pleasant final.

Bottle - Sweet berry and malt aroma. Reddish brown color with light tan head. Moderate hop bitterness with a slightly sweet raspberry flavor. A nice beer. Cask just as nice.

Bottled. Dark amber with aroma of malt and fruit. Light bodied with delicate fragile, fresh malt profile. Really mild, and with big emphasis on the malt. Low to medium bitterness.
