We are an independent craft brewery based in White Waltham, founded on a love of malt and hops. After exploring the world’s tastiest blends, we have come up with a selection of beers to suit every taste and occasion, ranging from a Sunday night easy drinker to a full-on punchy pint.

[Carry out from the brewery - from keg rather than cask] A murky amber pour with a thick white head; tropical fruit aroma; rich and immediately bitter tropical fruit taste with a peppery edge; and a long bitter grapefruit zest finish. Very easy drinking.

[Carry out from the brewery.] A hazy pale golden pour with a rim of translucent head; grassy aroma with some orange zest; rich fruity body with a vintage marmalade taste; and a long orangey finish. Very drinkable.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A glossy black pour with a scant beige head; rich roast coffee aroma; bitter treacle taste with a milky body; and some sooty smoke to finish. Excellent.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. The aroma is malty, caramel, dried figs and leafy hops. A moderately sweet malty taste, brown bread, caramel and toffee flavours with some fruity and nutty notes and a moderately bitter finish.

Draft at the Crafty Taproom, Marlow. Poured a hazy light golden brown colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big citrus fruits and grainy malt. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, malt, light hop burn, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Cask at Egham Beer Fest. Aroma is muted. Vaguely malty chocolate. Murky dark brown. Frothy beige head. Flava is had coffee with a porridge sweet edge. Molasses. Medium bodied. Oily. Sticky. Long finish. Nice enough on first impressions but then gets dull.

330ml bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy dark amber colour with a massive, everlasting, frothy off-white head. The aroma is malt and mixed nuts. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, roast, nutty, light sweet treacle, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation.

Cask at Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Pours light hazed pale gold with a white cap. Aroma: citrus, light tropical fruits, caramel hints, grass. Taste: light sweet & bitter, grains, cereal, lemon zest, grapefruit. Light to moderate body with soft carbonation. Pretty decent overall.

Draft at Keg Craft Beer Tasting Room, Bourne End. Poured almost black in colour with a lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, light sweet, with a rich, roasty, dry, earthy, mineral, smoky, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
