330ml bottle from Harry Tuffins, Craven Arms. Pours gold, overly large white head. Pleasant saison yeast on the nose. Taste presents an appealing saison sweetness, high carbonation, not too peppery and thankfully lacking the herbal notes that plague some non-Belgian attempts. Clean dry finish. Good saison.

330ml bottle from Chez Sophie. Poured into an old Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip at home on 16th March 2018. No sediment left the bottle, so I got a light golden bodied beer with a mini-haze, on top a speckled head of tight white bubbles. Yeasty nose with that Belgian rural ester they seem to have perfected. The taste has a crisp tartness and a slight fruitiness. Easy drinking Saison, ideal for someone who has never tried one before because this is not as sour, or offence to the nose as some. I also had a gravity poured half-pint while at the 23rd Bishop's Castle beer fest on 13th July 2019, wasn't so good in cask form!

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy yellow beer with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of grassy hops, green apples, wheat, yeast. Taste of green apples, apple skin, wheat, yeasty frutis. Interesting!

Many thanks to minutemat for this bottle. Fresh fruity nose. The beer starts fruity dry, easy to drink with hints of grain and an interesting floralness. Not too funky, a bit yeasty dusty, smooth, sessionable and still rich in body. Nice.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Pours a misty yellow, small foamy white head. Aroma is lightly floral, light saison funk. Light on the palette with nice shades of motueka, soft saison yeast, wild hints, some floral notes. Drying close. Great sessional beer to welcome in the warmer months.

330ml bottle from Harry Tuffins, Craven Arms. Pours clear gold, enthusiastic white head. Aroma is fresh, zesty. Taste is similarly fresh, zesty, fruity, light.. relatively high carbonation, but not off-putting. Nice, and no change to the rating below Cask @ Salopian. Pours gold with a light mist, small white head. Aroma has pleasant, fresh fruity shades, light orange zest. Taste is balanced, fresh, lightly fruity, citric orange, light grapefruit, medium bitterness. A good introduction to this new local-ish brewery.
