Description
London Brewing Company was founded in 2011 in a small brewpub in Highgate called the Bull. It was here we honed our skills as one of London’s only Brewpubs, brewing cask ales primarily for sale on site.
In 2014 we purchased a warehouse sized pub in North Finchley called the Bohemia and had a 6.5 barrel (1000L) brew house installed at the rear of the premises. This pub has developed in to a social hub for the community, with a focused and popular beer range across both cask and keg.
Everything we do from food, events to great pubs is built around the brewery. Here we spend hours toiling, learning and experimenting to create hand-crafted drinks of the highest quality. Although our beers have won awards from CAMRA, SIBA and have been served as far away as Finland, Ireland, Scotland and America we are proudest to have our local London customers keep coming back for more.

Cask @ St Urhos Pub, Helsinki. Pours hazy cloudy yellowish with a foamy bubbly head. Aroma of juicy fruits, grassy hops, tropical notes, citrus and pine. Taste is smooth, juicy fruity and tropical with some pineapple, grapefruit and citrus. Finish is smooth, slightly herbal and grassy hoppy with loads of juicy tropical fruits. Really easy to drink, quite nice.

Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki. Color is hazy golden with large thick white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, pineapple, grape, hops and malts. Very nice dryness and excellent drinkability. Superfruity. Excellent. One of the most interesting Finnish beers so far. If you want to complain about something hoppiness needs IMO "sharpness". Praise the drinkability.

Deep golden color with a fine off white head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Served quite flat and warm. Also a bit sweet. Dried fruits, rye and some spices. Maybe an ok ale. But completely destroyed when served flat and warm.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate. Some mild roast in the dark malts. Tangy cocoa chocolate. Modest dark fruits. Smooth semi dry finish. Lot less Oyster tang than I was expecting, thankfully!
