Description
Founded in 2017 Three Hills Brewing is experimental at it’s core. We produce small batches, in a variety of styles, pushing boundaries to create the most interesting drinks we can for our customers to enjoy.

Our HQ is based in the countryside of Northamptonshire where we have 600l system, counter pressure canning machine, laboratory, barrel ageing program & cold store.

In 2020, we expanded into The Outpost, a new brewery with taproom on the Bermondsey beer mile.

Three Hills entered liquidation in May 2025.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 13/11/24. Black pour topped with a tan head. Nose is chocolate, nutty, vanilla, spice, dark malts, roast malts, toffee crisp. Taste comprises chocolate, dried red berries, nutty, lactic pinch, toffee. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy edge and kiss of booze. Okay sipper but has a slightly overly tangy edge about it that lets it down a few notches.

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A decent tan head leaving scattered lacing on the glass, pitch black body. Intens aromas of cocoa and chocolate malts. Blended malt driven taste profile of caramel-chocolate and nuts, rather sweet. Slightly roasted chocolate malty ending. Thick and heavy to drink. Decent sipper on a Saturday afternoon. Can. A black one topped by a dense, off-white to beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has lots of heavy caramel sauce and dark chocolate, with a light roasted and very light burnt touch. Vanilla. It's medium bodied and gently carbonated, perhaps even more in the direction of thin than medium bodied, semi-sweet, with a bit too much vanilla in the flavor. Dark chocolate, heavy caramel sauce and some roasted malts in the flavor. Lasting finish. A very nice one, considering the ABV. Too thin, but very flavorful. 241027
