Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Elusive online. Pours clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a small, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with dry pale malts, pine needles, pale grains, light citrus peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. More dry, grainy pale malts to finish, mellow bitterness. So so overall.

Can at home alongside a home made smoked mackerel pate with sour dough bread. This is a good IPA that evolved as I drank it alongside the food. Loads of great hops that were peach and nectarine fruit and became something gamey and animal half way through. Then at the end it became quite sweet fruit. I've never had this with a beer before and it was probably driven by the food, but was really good. And really surprising. In a good way.
