[ As Mr Grundys Big Willie ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, dusty hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, dusty grass, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141012]
