Description
Binghams Brewery opened its doors in 2010 and was located in the Berkshire village of Twyford. We’ve been brewing quality cask ales across the spectrum from lighter thirst slaying session beers (3.7%) to something with a bit more oomph (5.0%).

Moved to Woodley in 2020, brewing ceased shortly after.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. A dark brown/ruby coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Vague roasty, smokey aroma. Tastes of dark fruit, slightly roasty, nutty.

Cask at CP&K. It pours very dark brown with a small beige head. The nose is roasted malt, light smoke, charcoal, earth, iodine and peat-like notes. The taste is roasted malt, caramel, toast, light charcoal, dark fruit and light vanilla with a dry, roasty finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Easy going and pretty mellow. Decent

Cask at CPK, London. Pours clear amber with a small, white foam head. Lightly toasted bread aroma. Light swet flavor, doughy malts, faint toasty grains, light brown sugar. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Moderately sweet finish, more toasty dough, mellow brown sugar. Simple. Very tasty bitter.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 29/12/12. Very dark mahogony brown, light black in the light, thin off white head that recedes to the edge. Nose is a great coffee hit, roast malt, sugars, sweet espresso coffee. Taste follows, coffee forward with a touch of dark chocolate and liqourice with a roast malt backbone. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, roast finish. A very good cask coffee stout!

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 16/11/12. Hazed light amber with a thin frothy off white head. Nose comprises bitter citrus, hops, a little cardboard and grass. Tastes of caramel malts, a little syrup, light apricot tones, bitter orange, hops. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a bitter a finish.

Cask at the Earl of Essex, London. Pours black-brown with a weak, off-white foam head. Nose holds some light chilis, dark malts, cocoa. Medium sweet flavor with dark chocolate and nice chili pepper heat. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pleasant heat to finish, not over the top, further dark malts, some dry cocoa. Very nice chili stout.

Cask at the 13th Egham BF @ EUSC - 15/11/12. Very dark mahogony brown with a big frothy off white head that retains well - looks the part ! Nose comprises banana, toffee, a little spice, caramel. Tastes of dark fruits, toffee, a little nana, spice. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, fruity finish with light bitterness. Good tackle!

From cask at Egham 13. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is milky to yoghurt and light fruity. Ðense vanilla. Bitter, herbal and vanilla sweet impression. Bitter and vanilla finish.
