Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, small creamy very irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, juicy, sweet ripe tropical fruits, mango, some lychee, very pleasant! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, lots of oranges, orange peels, lots of sweet mango, good bitterness. Aftertaste: a little medicinal, very fruity, sweet, juicy, tropical fruits, mango, a bit resinous, dank hops, orange peel, nice one!

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a light haze on this orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head, very small. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation late on. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft pine into juicy rich ripe hop fruits. A little brighter tropical fruits, Riwaka like exotics. A light and semi dry finish. A lot going on here and it slowly seduces with it's charming complexity.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 12th February 2025. Rated as a novelty ale. Almost impenetrably black with shallow tan foam affording scant lacing. Roast malts, treacles and gingers in aroma. Gingerbread, coffee, chocolate and spiciness blend brightly in liquid pass. A spicy gingerbread malty finish. A velvet smooth mouthfeel and a full body. An acquired taste for some, an enjoyable taste for lad_newton.
