Our beer is brewed using green sand-filtered water is of the finest quality, Maris Otter barley organically grown in the Cerne Valley by Will Best at Manor Farm, and other top-quality ingredients.

Cask half at Dorchester Beerex 2024. Pours deep brown with beige to tan foam. Aroma: sweet malts, chocolate, coconut, demerara, rum. Taste: moderate+ sweet with lighter bitterness. Oily on the palate. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice.

Cask at Dorchester Beerex 2024. Pours clear dark brown with a beige cap. Aroma: mild roast malts, dark berries. Light to moderate sweet & light bitter, roast up front with berries to finish. Light to medium body with low carbonation. Pretty decent.

Cask half at Blue Raddle, Dorchester, as 'Cerne Abbas Blonde @ the Raddle'. Pours clear pale straw with white foam. Aroma: cereal, grains, grassy hop. Taste: light sweet & bitter, lemon & grapefruit citrus hints, firnly dry on the palate. Thin body with fine carbonation

Gravity cask at Dorchester CAMRA Beerex 2023. Pours clear ruby amber with a beige cap. Malty with plenty of caramel in the aroma & taste. Hedgerow berries, a little spicy hop. Light to moderate sweet & bitter. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Decent tackle

Cask @ Firkin Shed, Sherbourne. Golden with a very thin head. Decent bodied hoppy ale with a hint of sweetness and quite a low bitterness.
